Holistic Nutrition Coaching focuses on empowering clients with the knowledge and skills needed to optimize their well-being. We help clients develop strategies to understand how habits, emotions, environments and mindset influence their relationship with food and their overall health.
Coaching discussions go beyond calorie counting and food charts to developing a positive and intuitive relationship with food. Additionally, clients receive education on the integration of lifestyle practices such as movement, sleep and mindfulness to complement their nutritional goals.

Yoga Alliance ID: 322181
Dr. Latora is trained in the YogaZama™ method, a one-of-a-kind yoga training curriculum based in years of research within the fields of neuroscience, yoga, and psychology. Life stressors and trauma have the potential to throw off the autonomic nervous system (ANS). Restorative yogic practices allow the body to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), opening healing pathways.
We empower others in their journey with the necessary skills to access their optimal wellbeing.
